Old Tom Gin is the “Tom” behind the Classic Tom Collins

  • 2 parts Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • Lemon Juice

Top up with Soda Water. Serve in a highball glass with ice

Invented at the Players’s club, USA in the 1930s

  • 1 Part Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • 1 Part Dry Vermouth
  • Lemon Peel

Shake over ice and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or an onion

The precursor to the original Martini, Jerry Thomas 1862, San Francisco

  • 1 part of Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • 2 dashes Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 parts sweet Vermouth

Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon

Henry Ramos, 1888, New Orleans

  • 2 measures Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • 1 measure lemon juice and lime juice
  • 1 measure orange flower water
  • 1 measure single cream
  • A dash of egg white
  • Soda water

Shake all (except soda) well over ice. Strain into a thin goblet and top off with chilled soda to taste

  • 4 parts Hayman's Old Tom gin
  • 1 part Lemon Juice
  • 2 parts Tonic Water
  • 2 part Grenadine
  • Lemon Slice
  • Cherries

Build over ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherries

  • 1 part Lime Juice
  • 1 part Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • Maraschino Berry
  • Lemon Peel

Stir and strain to a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel & maraschino

  • 1 part Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 part Strawberry Juice
  • 1 part Blackberry Puree

Shake over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a Strawberry
